Your phone or Mac and your speakers must be on the same Wi-Fi network (not a guest network, and not split across 2.4/5 GHz SSIDs that block local traffic). On first launch, allow the Local Network permission prompt. Without it, the OS silently blocks discovery.
Tap the lightbulb button to blink a speaker's status light. On iPhone/iPad you can also tap the speaker button to play a short chime. (The chime isn't available on Mac.)
No. Every change Sonority makes is a standard, supported speaker bonding, is shown to you before it's applied, and can be undone from within the app. You can also rebuild any configuration from the manufacturer's own app.
Sonority can switch an existing tuning on or off, but it does not measure a new one. Measurement is done in the manufacturer's own app. Changing a bonded set can cause the manufacturer's system to clear an existing tuning; that's the manufacturer's behavior, not something Sonority can restore.
